The Story Behind Skill Finder
In 2020 a significant part of the Australian workforce was affected by COVID-19 pandemic and needed to rapidly get new skills and competencies to reduce the impact of the pandemic.
The technology industry collaboration led by Adobe, was developed in response to a call for action from the Hon. Minister Karen Andrews, Minister for Industry, Science and Technology.
The key platform objectives are to strengthen the Australian economy after the COVID-19 pandemic, reskill and upskill job seekers to support growth in the digital sector, and connect job seekers with flexible courses designed around micro-skills.
